I went to a class if your in a fight your not grabbing his cloathes
without a gi a judoka can just grab your wrist and throat/face as a grip (eye socket etc.) to finish a throw or sweep
All while grabbing a gee

Exactly,way more live training and less chatter than most channels outside the B-Team Channel . Love the Sauna part (don't have a cold plunge),the dry sauna (175-185 degrees for 15-20 min per session) has helped me continue training regularly as well at a young 53 years of age.

okay bro bump only works if you're tugging and he pulls back opposite way🔄so that you can use momentum against him. if not ur just better off squeezing that arm, thumb on bicep till he's limp and then alternating grip and toss arm over. no one just lets you bump them
